What Cashouttoner.ca purchase
Cashouttoner.ca purchases new, unused, and factory sealed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand items, such as HP, Lexmark, Dell, Xerox, Canon, ETC... Cashouttoner.ca will buy most OEM toner models, including fax, ink, and copier supplies. Cashouttoner.ca also purchases maintenance kits, fuser kits, and transfer kits.
Important: Be sure to adjust the box style/status and condition to accurately reflect the items when submitting an offer. Full disclosure is required for an accurate quote. If Cashouttoner.ca determines that full disclosure was not given for the entire offer, the order will be adjusted to reflect the actual items, and their respective conditions, and send payment (see box condition descriptions and payment chart below). The items will not be sent back.
What Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase
Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase compatible, remanufactured, or empty printer cartridges. Some indications that the toner, or cartridge, is a compatible model are as follows: generic labeling on the box; text reading "replaces (name of) cartridge"; If the toner box is labeled "Compatible", "Premium Replacement Toner", "Remanufactured". If the ink or toner's have any of these indications, Cashouttoner.ca will not be able to purchase the item.
Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase expired ink cartridges. All ink cartridges must have expiration dates at least 9 months out. Ink cartridges that expire within 9 months (if acceptable) will be discounted.
Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase out of box or open box ink/toner cartridges.
Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase used and/or empty toner/ink cartridges.
Cashouttoner.ca does not purchase toner with missing or damaged holograms where applicable.
Including any of these in the shipment will result in fees that will affect the payout total of the order and will be considered forfeit. (The items will not be sent back.)
Shipping Terms
Cashouttoner.ca provides an easy solution for shipping. A price quote that exceeds $40 qualifies for free shipping when the user also accepts Cashouttoner.ca 's quoted prices (within the Continental US only). Any quote below $40, doesn't qualify for free shipping. (If shipping internationally, speak with a Cashouttoner.ca Purchasing Representative.)
When appropriate, The user will have access to Cashouttoner.ca 's pre-paid shipping labels through a link in the user's active offers; for larger shipments, Cashouttoner.ca can arrange a freight pick up.
Please carefully pack the new, unused, genuine brand name items into an outer box. All items must be packed within a shipping box; over-boxing is very important to keep the units in good condition so that Cashouttoner.ca can pay top dollar! Include a copy of the provided quote/purchase order inside the box. The shipping box must weigh under 50lbs; Maximum box size is 72 total inches, for example 24" X 24" X 24". If the user needs more than one shipping box, no problem! Cashouttoner.ca can supply as many labels needed for the shipment. However, the user must ship as "in bulk" as possible. For example; shipping 4 items in two boxes would cost Cashouttoner.ca 40% more than shipping the same 4 items in one box. Depending upon the size of the user's order, Cashouttoner.ca can offer freight, or Fed Ex options.
Freight orders must be shipped on standard pallets. Skids exceeding 2,200 lbs. in weight or exceeding 70" in height, 119" in length, or 80" in width require prior approval. Should Cashouttoner.ca receive any freight orders that exceed the acceptable weight and dimensions provided here, the seller will be held liable for any additional fees or surcharges applicable.
Also, Please let Cashouttoner.ca remove any stickers or labels from any items the user intends to ship; in most cases Cashouttoner.ca can remove them with minimal to no damage to the item. Include a copy of the provided quote/purchase order inside the box.
Abuse of, or failure to comply with, these shipping instructions will result in an automatic discount of 20% to the users order and will be held liable for the shipping charges. Shipping labels will not be provided again.
Disclaimer:
Cashouttoner.ca offers these labels and shipping for the users convenience. Users are not required to use our shipping method (seller covers shipping). If the user decides to use Cashouttoner.ca labels, the user is still 100% liable for the items arriving to Cashouttoner.ca and arriving undamaged. If FedEx loses the package (a rare occurrence) There is nothing Cashouttoner.ca can do. Cashouttoner.ca only pays for what is received. Cashouttoner.ca encourages that users add their own insurance upon drop off to ensure the package is covered should the worst happen.
Customers/Users who ship; oversize boxes, items without a protective over-box, or items that were not included on the original order, will be liable for any damage that may happen during transit to said items (an additional 20% discount will be applied to each affected item -this does not include adjustments for condition/misrepresented items) , as well as the shipping charges. Please notify a Cashouttoner.ca Purchasing Representative of any additional items not included on the original order BEFORE shipping, so that they can approve the additional inclusion. Any items shipped to Cashouttoner.ca without prior approval will be considered forfeit and will not be sent back.
Payment Terms
Cashouttoner.ca offers payment via Paypal (fees apply), or ACH (Direct Deposit). Upon arrival of the user's shipment, the Cashouttoner.ca Receiving Team will carefully inspect each item. Once the shipment has been approved, the user will receive a notification email and payment will be processed within 1 business day. Partially received or mismatched orders will have their payments delayed until they are either completed or adjusted by the user's Cashouttoner.ca Purchasing Representative.Cashouttoner.ca will apply appropriate payment terms to all orders received. Cashouttoner.ca 's payment chart lists the payment scale for the varying conditions of toner cartridge boxes (see below).
*For qualifying users who Cashouttoner.ca has agreed to pay up front (paypal only), special terms apply. The users Paypal account must be in the Users name (no third party accounts). Such orders must be received within 10 business days of payment. After 10 business days the order is late. Excessive late or short shipments will result in Cashouttoner.ca no longer paying up front. If there is an issue with the users account upon receiving payment (such as payment being on hold) that is an issue with paypal. If the user decides to refund in the event of an issue with paypal, we will not send payment upfront again until the issue is resolved (we will not resend payment to a different or third party account). If Cashouttoner.ca ever has to initiate a PayPal dispute, or credit card charge back, due to non-compliance of the user, Cashouttoner.ca will not pay up front again. No exceptions other than a valid, verifiable late excuse such as weather or carrier delays.

Cashouttoner.careserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time. The user agrees that from time to time Cashouttoner.ca may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to the user.
The user expressly agree that the user's use of, or inability to use,Cashouttoner.ca services is at the user's sole risk. The services provided to users through the site are (except as expressly stated by Cashouttoner.ca ) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for the user's use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Prices listed for products on the site are subject to change without notice. If the user has received a purchase order, prices are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the purchase order is void. If an order is received after 30 days, prices will be subject to change based on current market supply and demand, surplus buy back pricing, inventory, etc.
The User agrees that the Services provided by Cashouttoner.ca , including but not limited to Content, Graphics, User interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, scripts, prices, and software used to implement the Services, contain proprietary information and material owned by Cashouttoner.ca and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. The User agrees that the user will use no such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of Services for personal, noncommercial uses in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the Services may be reproduced in any form except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. The User agrees not to modify, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the Services or Content in any manner, and the User shall not exploit the Services in any manner not expressly authorized.

Cashouttoner.ca shall not be liable to the user, or to any third-party, for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Eligibility
ALL SELLERS/USERS MUST HAVE THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED IN THE SELLER'S/USER'S POSSESION. DO NOT MAKE OFFERS FOR PRODUCT THAT IS NOT IN THE SELLER'S/USER'S POSSESION. Unless the User is brokering the deal in which case it must be finalized on the user's end BEFORE it can be offered to Cashouttoner.ca ." Every seller/user must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to conduct business with Cashouttoner.ca (and its owners). In addition, all toner, ink, or other product submitted to Cashouttoner.ca must have clear title (by submitting an offer, seller/user confirms 100% legal ownership of product). Furthermore, the seller/user confirms they are a legal re-seller and the actual legal owner of any and all supplies or other property sold or attempted to be sold to Cashouttoner.ca , and acting in their own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. The Seller/User agrees that any disputes regarding any transaction must be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.Cashouttoner.ca may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in these terms and conditions.
Price List
Cashouttoner.ca prices are based on market supply and demand, current surplus buy back pricing, inventory, etc. Because these numbers can fluctuate quickly, all offers are only valid for 7 days. Purchase orders are valid for 30 days.
Box Descriptions
All items offered to Cashouttoner.ca must be "Original Equipment Manufacturer" name brand (HP, Xerox, Lexmark, etc...). Not remanufactured or compatible.
Box Condition:
Pristine- Retail Condition: No scratches, dents, tears, holes, stickers, labels. Factory-Sealed Box
Blemished- Has minor damage: Small scratches, minor dents, small tears, stickers (other than the hologram), labels, writing, etc. Factory-Sealed Box
Damaged- Has major damage: Large scratches, large dents, large tears, holes, tape damage, water damage, spray paint, etc. Factory-Sealed Box
Open- Factory-Seal on the box is broken, removed, or open. Packaging on the inside is still factory sealed
